Resilient Girl Beauty surprised dropped 10 new Lipgloss shades. $10 each; Don’t You Bare, Plumes, Bear Pawz, Eve, Beaded Bling, Honey Bun, Traditional, Taavu, Jas, and Maaso are available online.

Mamacita Cosmetics gave lashes a little bit of dazzle with Glitter and Festival Lashes. There are 13 styles to choose from with some featuring little stars to lashes with glitter adorning the tips. The 8 glitter lashes are $10 each, 4 festival lash styles are $12 each, and Mariposa is $8 on Mamacita’s site.


Chixxie Beauty made a stunning comeback with the breathtaking Enchanted Fortress eyeshadow palette. The 25-pan palette features a rainbow color story with thunderous artwork depicting a castle. Enchanted Fortress is $25 online.

Pinklipps Cosmetics showed that their lip gloss is poppin with 10 new shades in the Glass Gloss collection. Mostly nude tones, these glosses promise shine and hydrated lips. Pick your shade (or shades) for $12 on Pinklipps’ site.

Colourpop ended the year with a bang. Two collections dropped within a few days of each other. First, the All The Buzz collection was launched at Ulta stores and on Ulta’s website. This cute bee-themed collection includes 2 9-pan palettes (Wanna Bee and So Fly; $14 each), 4 BFF Creme Gel Liners ($7 each), 4 So Juicy Glosses, and 4 Super Shock Shadows.

The second collection is the By The Rose collection. This collection features an eyeshadow palette ($14), 3 Super Shock Blushes ($8 each), Sip Sip Hooray Super shock shadow kit ($16), and 3 Fresh Kiss lip lacquers ($8 each) plus the full collection ($75). By The Rose is available online.

Jcat Beauty ended the year with its foray into skincare with Korean skincare products. There are five products so far. Lurella Cosmetics celebrated the new year a little early with the festive New Year New Me eyeshadow palette. The 15 shades offer neutral glam with pops of color. New Year New Me is $20 on Lurella’s website.

Sugary Cosmetics sweetened the last week of 2021 with the Sugar Rush collection. This scrumptious collection includes a 6-pan face palette ($28), 5 Glitter Eyeliners ($4 individually and $14 bundled). You can get the collection online.

Morphe added another two palettes to the 9-pan fam and bring a sense of calm for the holidays. 9B Calm Me Baby is a pink dream with dreamy artwork and pretty shades. 9Z Just Say Zen speaks of the ocean with its blue hues and watery artwork. Both palettes are $12 on Morphe’s site.
