Cosmetic Launch Roundup: January 9-16, 2022

Pinky Rose Cosmetics gave its original contour palette a facelift and added three sisters to the collection. The original is Contour 2 (medium to dark) while the new Extreme Contour palettes are 1 & 3 (light to medium and dark to deep; $22 each) and the Correct & Conceal cream palette ($22). Colourpop keeps dreaming about spring and manifesting it through new products. First up, 18 shades of the Pretty Fresh Pressed Face Powders ($14 each) debuted and can be used on multiple skin tones. These are sold on Colourpop’s website.

Then the brand released four eyeshadow quads named/inspired by fruits; On The Mango, Acai You Baby, Feeling Coconutty, and Strawberry Sweet, $10 each. The quads are sold on Ulta’s site. Lastly, two Pressed Powder Blushes wowed fans. Toffee Cake (berry) and Swirled (pink) are $10 each. Both the quads and blushes are available exclusively on Ulta’s site.

Makeup Geek finally dropped THE best eye brushes for beginners and pro MUA’s. The six brushes are $9.99 each or you can get the chic bundle for $45 on Makeup Geek’s site.

Aboni Cosmetics released the ultimate lipstick shade for getting over heartbreak. The Flex On My Ex liquid lipstick is a scrumptious wine shade and works for all skin tones. Flex On My Ex is $8 online.

E.l.f Cosmetics turned its wildly popular camo concealer into a foundation formula. The Camo Powder Foundation is infused with a primer formula, making it long-lasting, and available in 30 shades. You can grab your shade for $11 on E.l.f’s site.

Shop Mezurashii released the ultra adorable Doki Doki collection for Valentine’s Day. The collection features the flirty 9-pan Doki Doki eyeshadow palette ($19.99), Angel lashes ($9), Pure Heart Gloss Duo (Owari and Irumatsu; $12) plus a bundle ($45). Doki Doki is available online.

Dyosa Cosmetics added three new sultry lip glosses to the Juicy Tube collection. Reckless, Audacity, and Adore Me are varying shades of pink and retail for $7 each on Dyosa’s website.

Hex Baby Beauty delivered nostalgia with the Star Guardian Multichrome Liquid Eyeshadows. Named after the Sailor Scouts, each shade embodies the color given to each Scout. Grab your favorite shade (shades?) for $11 on Hex Baby Beauty’s site (use code ajmonique to save 10%).

XX Revolution kept the party going with the mesmerizing Tiger collection. The bold collection features the Mystic eyeshadow palette ($25) and the Strike water-activated liner palette ($10). Both palettes are available online.

Kara Beauty hustled even more than it did last year with several products. First, the #Mindset Eyeshadow Palette Duo debuted. Miss Independent (warm reds and golds) and Big Worth (warm neutrals) each have six shades and are bundled for $22.99.

The 6-pan Fully Glown highlighter palette ($22.99), Better Brown mini eyebrow palette ($14.99), and Waterproof Brow Gel ($9.99) followed up. All the products are up for grabs on Kara Beauty’s website.
