What’s In A Name? #1

I know that I’m not the only person who dislikes when palettes don’t have shade names. With this in mind, I decided to create a new series where I take palettes I own or have on my wishlist and bestow names on them myself. This is just for fun and I’d love to see what names you come up with so comment on them below.

We’re kicking off this series with a recently launched brand, Hecate Beauty Cosmetics. There are several palettes to choose from but I ordered on their launch day and picked the beautiful Autumn palette. This 9-pan palette ($15.99) is like an earthy glam palette so here are the names I brainstormed.

Cream Harvest Hayride

Maize Leaves Pine

Gourd Chestnut Amber

I tried to stick with the autumnal theme and picked shades that once you hear it, you immediately know that it’s about the best season (don’t come for me).
