Cosmetic Launch Roundup: December 1-8, 2020

The holiday rush is official as Christmas looms closer. All of the holiday launches are sure to put a smile on your face if even for a little while so let’s get to them.

Ferocious Cosmetics rebranded and is back with the Darkness Rising collection. The collection features the Darkness Rising eyeshadow palette ($35), 4 Synnvious liquid lipsticks (Tianna, Marly, Yumberry, Synnful;$17 each or $55 bundle), 3 Vision Liquid Highlighters (Feroc-ice, Viper-ice, Godd-ice, and Danger-ice;$20 each).

There are four bundle options for the entire collection ($95), each marketed with one set highlighter. You can pre-order the collection on Ferocious Cosmetics’ site.

BBS Cosmetics’ holiday gifts to us are 4 new gorgeous shades of metallic lipsticks. Cayenne (vibrant orange), Riches (rose gold), Caution (vibrant red), and Baddie (maroon) are $11 each and available online.

Serpent Beauty finally released its eagerly anticipated brush set. The Ursula 15-piece brush set contains 3 face brushes and 12 eye brushes to blend out both lowkey and in-your-face glam looks. The brush set retails for $35 online and you can opt to use my code “indieclique” for 10% off your order.

Kara Beauty released miniature versions of the popular Juegos palette collection. The three palette’s names and color stories remain the exact same. La Reina Azteca, La Dama de las Flores, and La Chica Enamorada are each $21 on Kara Beauty’s site.

Colourpop collaborated with Sanrio again to create a holiday-themed Hello Kitty and Friends collection. This ultra-adorable collection features the Snow Much Fun palette ($16), Mini Glitterally Obsessed quad ($20), 3 Lux Glosses ($9 each or $27 bundle), 2 Pressed Powder Blushes ($12 each), Peppermint Cookie Lip Care kit ($20). There is, as always, the full collection ($98). Everything is available online.

Juvia’s Place’s first ever collaboration is with Yami Angelina, a proud Dominican American beauty influencer. She created La Mariposa collection; this collection features the 6-pan La Mariposa eyeshadow palette ($15), and 2 lip glosses (Yami Yummy and Gloss Island; $13 each). The collection is sold on Juvia’s site and will be in Ulta stores soon.

Bella Forever Cosmetics teased two new palettes, but the reveal reveled in royalty. The King and Queen palettes ($28.99 each) feature 30 eyeshadows and 8 neon powders to create eccentric looks. Both palettes are online.

Hipdot has been surprising us with all sorts of collabs so this one was a major hit. The Hipdot x Stella Rose (the wine company) created 3 eyeshadow quad palettes, each with a pretty color story. Rose All Day (pink), Taste the Magic (red), and Tropical Summer (pink, orange, green) are $12 each or you can get the glam bundle for $28 on Stella Rose’s site.

Lola B Collections launched its first liquid lipsticks. There are 6 shades: Sugar Baby (pink), Paid Bxtch (maroon), Rich Girl (brown), Classy (red), Queen (purple), and Pretty Woman (dark purple). You can grab your favorite shade (or shades) for $13 each on Lola B’s website.

Sugary Cosmetics released its eagerly anticipated holiday palette and its scrumptious. The Holiday Lollipop Palette is obviously shaped like a lollipop and has 10 festive shades. The palette costs $24 on Sugary’s site.

Glamlite released its third Foodie Box and with it comes several holiday products (also available individually). The Foodie Box: Holiday Edition ($45) includes the Pie Palette ($25), Candy Cane brush trio ($18), Cookies & Milk loose highlighter ($14), Red Velvet liquid lipstick ($14), Eggnog lip gloss ($12), Pecan lip gloss ($12), and Gingerbread lashes ($10). All the items are limited-edition and have limited stock so rush to Glamlite’s site and get what you want.

Midas Cosmetics finally dropped the Artistry Vol. 2 palette following Artistry 1 and 1.2 a couple months ago. Artistry Vol. 2 features luscious green and gold shades and retails for only $16 online.

Honey Drip Cosmetics created its first ever holiday palette. The Holi-Bae’s mini palette is an eyeshadow quad and is a super cute gift or stocking stuffer. The palette is $22 on Honey Drip’s website.

Gatita Gang is set for a chill holiday with the launch of its holiday palette. Christmas Cruise has 15 shades associated with Christmas (red, green, gold, blue) and features stellar artwork on the packaging. Christmas Cruise is $30 on Gatita Gang’s website.

Private Society Cosmetics released its first collaboration, and it is with Kim ter Stege, a fitness trainer from the Netherlands. The Private Lip Collection is a collection of Kim’s favorite lip combinations of existing PS products. This collection includes 1 Gloss Boss (teddy), 2 Lip Lock lipsticks (Salty and Gossip), and 1 Lip Service liner (Wicked), all for $50 on Private Society’s website.
