Cosmetic Launch Roundup: September 8-15, 2020

There were so many launches this week and variety proved to be the spice of life. Color foundations to palettes to full collections, there are 20 brands represented this week so grab your favorite fall-themed drink and enjoy the Roundup.

Glamlite dropped its sweetest collection yet and it is definitely a must-have. The Ice Cream Dream collection has the most delectable packaging and the products are super cute. The collection features the Ice Cream eyeshadow palette ($45), the Chocolate Popsicle lip set (3 lippies, $28), the Strawberry Popsicle set (3 lippies, $28), 3 Ice Cream Cone lip glosses ($12 each), and 3 lash styles ($12 each). There is also a huge bundle with every product for $149. Grab a treat from Glamlite’s site.

Mocha Cosmetics released a flawless autumnal palette called Pumpkin Spice, Everything Nice. This 12-pan palette has 6 mattes, 3 shimmers, and 3 glitters, all for $25. Celebrate fall with the palette, sold on Mocha’s website.

Flower Beauty followed last week’s Petal Play Quads with the Gel Crush Lip & Cheek. This stick formula hydrates the skin while leaving a dewy finish. There are three shades (Blackberry Crush, Raspberry Crush, and Strawberry Crush) and are available exclusively on Ulta’s website for $9.99 each.

Questa Cosmetics surprised us with the Diamond Glosses. Created in response to people who prefer glosses over matte lipsticks, there are 5 shades. Lady Boss (red), Dreams of Success (deep purple), Passionate (pink), Translucent Thoughts (clear), and Angelic (copper). Each gloss is $12.99 online.

Morphe kept the collaboration train moving, this time landing on singer Madison Beer. Morphe x Madison Beer features the Channel Surfing Artistry Palette ($22), Luminous Setting Spray (2 shades; $18 each), 5 lip glosses ($10 each), 2 shimmer highlighters ($16 each), and the Channel Surfing brush set ($25). The collection is available on Morphe’s site and in the brand’s stores.

Amor Us solved any and all facial complexion issues with the My B4N Color Correctors. There are six shades to combat different skin problems; Purple (adds brightness), Yellow (covers redness), Green (helps dull skin), Peach (dark spots/circles on light to medium skin tones), Orange (dark spots/circles on darker skin tones), and Red (dark spots on deep skin tones). Whichever corrector you need, the cost is only $5 per shade or you can grab all 6 for $25 online.

Hipdot shot some color into the season with two eyeshadow palettes. Flower Burst is a berry dream, with glamorous pinks and purples with a few neutrals tying together. Light Rays is a shimmer palette, with mouthwatering shades meant to finish off the perfect look. There is a bundle with both palettes called Summer Rays for $50. The products are sold on Hipdot’s site.

Lurella Cosmetics added new shades to the Liquid Eyeshadow line. The 8 newbies are: Fairy Dust (off-white), Rose Quartz (pink), Steel (dark grey), Aventurine (teal), Lava Stone (grey), Secret (hot pink), Amethyst (blue-purple), and Mayhem (black). Each shade costs $12 on Lurella’s site.

Ethereal Makeup had a new lash style join the fam. Angel is a flirty lash style and costs $8 on Ethereal’s site.

Neema Beauty officially launched on September 15 and brought a lot of cute products to the beauty scene. There are two eyeshadow palettes (Kush and Dahomey; $18 each) and 5 matte liquid lipsticks ($15 each). The products are sold online.

Colourpop and these releases are everything. The latest collection is Coast to Coral and features the eyeshadow palette ($14), 2 eyeliner kits ($12 each), 2 Ultra Glossy Lips ($7 each), Girl Next Coral lip and eye set ($22), a Super Shock highlighter ($10), and a blush ($8). There is also a bundle option for $89. Everything is sold online.

IBY Beauty teased these new lippies on Instagram with a hard to decipher picture but it turned out to be the Lip Lock’d Satin Lipsticks. 13 beautiful shades, from classic nudes to sultry reds and purple, are up on IBY Beauty’s site for $16 each.

Indibeat Cosmetics made “innovative” its middle name with the Face Bass Color Foundations. The color foundations are perfect for the upcoming Halloween season. There are 7 shades and are named after music notes; Do (orange), Re (coral/pink), Mi (light pink), Fa (purple), So (blue), La (green), Ti (yellow). Each one costs $14 and are exclusive to Indibeat’s site.

Kays’ Beauty kept it cute and glossy with the Fall Lip Gloss Collection. There are 5 shades (Sugar Plum, Salted Caramel, Cinnamon, Autumn Spice, and Pumpkin Spice), each costing $8 or you can grab the entire collection for $35 on Kays’ site.

Rose Glass Cosmetics’ autumnal contribution is the splendid Fall palette. With 9 blissful shades, this palette ushers in the season of pumpkin spice. You can get Fall for $20 online.

W7 Cosmetics’ latest entry is the Showoff! eyeshadow palette, a dupe of ABH’s collaboration with Amrezy. Showoff features 14 shades and costs $9 on W7’s UK-based website.

Ucanbe Cosmetics jumped on the liquid eyeshadow train with their Dazzling Glitter Liquid Eyeshadows. There are 10 shades, 5 metallic and 5 glitter, for versatility. Each shade is $3 or you can grab special sets (one the glitter bundle and the other the metallics) for $13 online.

Peachy Queen Cosmetics launched two new eyeshadow palettes this week. Pumpkin Spice debuted first, the color story and beautiful packaging scream “fall”. This beauty costs $36.94.

Sugar Skull was a pleasant surprise and is perfect for the upcoming Halloween season. This spooky palette retails for $34.99. Both palettes are available on Peachy Queen’s site.

Makeup Revolution released several palettes to help with those Halloween looks you have dreamt of. The brand started the week with 3D Faux Mink lashes coming in 4 styles. Fluffy (full, dramatic), Minky (puts the drama in dramatic), Doll (natural), and Wispy (natural and flirty). The lashes are $15.

Then MUR released two new palettes to the Forever Flawless collection, these two being complete opposites but suitable for Halloween. Forever Flawless Midnight Rose is warm tones and has a seductive color story. Forever Flawless Enchanted is cool toned with a mystical color story. Each palette is $15.

Last but not least, the brand treated lips well with the Pout Bomb Maxi Plump lip glosses. There are only 2 shades (clear and a lightly tinted pink), both costing $15. All the products mentioned are available on Revolution’s site.
