It’s the last week of June and brands are making the best of it with these launches. Monochromatic and neutrals are in while color is sitting on the beach, chilling and waiting for its comeback.
Makeup Revolution is always releasing products, so it’s hard for me to keep up, especially this week because it was like MUR had a creative buildup with a launch explosion. Things kicked off with the Foil Frenzy Fusion palette, the follow up to the bestselling Foil Frenzy Creation palette. Fusion features 15 warm shades and costs $11 online.
Then the Revolution Pro brand expanded its inventory with several items, including the New Neutral eyeshadow palette ($20) which looks quite similar to the Huda Beauty Nude palette (#justsayin). All of the MUR products are available online and will hit retailers soon.
Rude Cosmetics released one product this week. The mineral setting powder affectionately named Puff, The Magic Powder, made its appearance for $10.50 and in two shades, Translucent and Banana. The setting powder is available on Rude’s website.
Glam Vice Cosmetics expanded their Retro Neon collection with the Neon Liners. The ten vivid shades came in a variety of shades like denim blue, bright red, and sultry purple. Each liner costs $8, or you can grab all ten shades for $70 (save $10!). The Retro Neon Liners are up on Glam Vice’s site.
In addition to the liners, Glam Vice upgraded their packaging and launched 10 silk lash styles, $13 each!
Colourpop launched another BFF liner+mascara bundle called Blue Skies Ahead ($18) then doubled down with a yellow collection including the monochromatic palette Uh Huh Honey ($12), a brush set Catch The Sun ($20), set of 4 Super Shock Shadows Sunshine State ($18), a couple other sets including skin care from Fourth Ray Beauty. You could get the entire yellow collection for $59. Every launch is available on Colourpop’s site.
Kara Beauty launched a sister palette of their Fantasist palette. The newbie is called Down to Earth and features earthy tones like browns, greens, etc. The palette is available online for $26.
Then we got a pleasant surprise with the latest Galaxy Bomb liquid eyeshadow called Pleased. This shadow is a pretty olive green shade and its waterproof. Pleased retails for $9.99.
Glamlite added more to their Viva! Mexico collection with their 8 Margarita Lips glosses ($12 each), inspired by different flavors like grape and mango. There are also the two lash styles (Picante and Fiesta) collectively called Michelada.
Then a surprise drop with the Taco Lashes. Five lash styles for $12 each (Al pastor, Carnitas, Carne Asada, Pollo, and Camarones) and the packaging is charming. Grab the Viva Mexico collection on Glamlite’s site.
Milani launched liquid eyeliners this week, and with six shades, the Line Play Metallic liners are stunners. Each costs $10, and all six are available online or in select Ulta stores.
BH Cosmetics unveiled the seventh mini zodiac palette and my star sign on June 26. The Mini Zodiac Cancer palette has the same format as the others but features sleek silver packaging and shades that don’t really represent the sign. Plus there is a six-piece brush set! The palette costs $14, and the brushes are $17, available online.
