Cosmetic Launch Roundup: January 24-31, 2019

We are finally seeing more launches from brands other than the usual suspects like Colourpop or Rude Cosmetics (still love these brands though). Most of these launches are of high quality while one is proving to be problematic with its fan base… Anyway, read on to discover new makeup to haul.
*Updated January 27*

Beauty Creations is thinking about spring as their Floral Bloom collection launched on January 24. Floral Bloom includes a highlighting palette, eyeshadow palette, and a blush palette. The full collection costs $49 and only sold on Beauty Creations’ site.

Fourth Ray Beauty’s new skin care products are here! There are several new products to splurge on. Clean Slate (foaming exfoliator; $12), The Big Detox (mud mask; $12), and After Hours (detox face oil; $10). Each product is available on Fourth Ray Beauty’s website.

Makeup Revolution launched new eyeshadows on January 23. The Eye Glisten shadow is dual ended, with one side containing a shimmer formula and the other featuring a glitter. There are five shades of the Eye Glisten, each retailing for $8 but the brand is offering a “Buy all 5 for $35” deal which saves you $5. Grab one (or all five) on MUR’s website.
Glam Vice Cosmetics is serving major glitter with their new Loose Chunky Glitter. Featuring 23 shades, the glitters are all vivid and would be perfect for spring/summer, especially if you plan on going to festivals and concerts. Each Loose Chunky Glitter jar costs $5 and is available only on Glam Vice’s site.
Juvia’s Place is back! The Heroine Loose Highlighter costs $11.20 and is available on the brand’s website.
Appalling most of their fans on social media, Wet N Wild released the Photo Focus Stick Foundation with 21 shades, most of which are for medium to olive skin tones… It’s 2019 and there are only three shades for fair complexions and five shades for deeper skin tones. If you see your shade, you can grab the foundation on Wet N’ Wild’s site for $6.
Zoeva Cosmetics took inspiration from ancient Greek art to create the Heritage collection. Launching on January 28th, Heritage will contain an eyeshadow palette, a highlighter, and three eye crayons. There is no price given but if the brand keeps prices similar to previous collections, you can expect to pay $68. Catch the Heritage collection on January 28th on Zoeva’s website.

To celebrate the Aquarius season, BH Cosmetics launched their Mini Zodiac: Aquarius palette. Featuring 9 shades, the palette features blues, browns, and a shimmery white shade. The Aquarius palette costs $14 and only available on BH Cosmetics’ site.

We’re slowly seeing brands rev their engines and produce (mostly) quality products. As with the new format of the Roundups, I will update this article if any more products are released during this week. Make sure that you subscribe (or have subscribed) to The Trendy Wallet for any updates to this post and for future launches, reviews, etc. Also follow me on social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or Pinterest) for additional makeup content that doesn’t make it here on the blog.
