Two new brands are making their debut here on The Trendy Wallet thanks to my relentless scrolling through Instagram. The unique aspect of both brands is how new they are to the beauty industry yet keep prices low. Without further ado, let’s talk makeup
Sheree Cosmetics is the brainchild of professional celebrity makeup artist Tiffany Herrmann, whose love of makeup led her to create a brand that advocated for female empowerment. This indie brand launched in August 2017 with its headquarters in Alabama. The first eyeshadow palette, Born to Sparkle, debuted in October 2017, becoming a bestseller. Oh, and the brand is cruelty-free, vegan, paraben-free, and talc-free!
Besides the number 1 selling palette, the brand has a full range of matte liquid lipsticks, brushes, individual eye shadows, and false lashes. A family-operated business, Sheree Cosmetics offer luxury-type makeup with affordable pricing. You can find the brand here and also follow them on Instagram. I’ve been looking at the Dreamer/Fighter palette bundle so you may see a haul post very soon…
Glam Vice is a very new indie brand, launched on December 17, 2018. I was immediately drawn to the colors upon colors on the brand’s Instagram feed and became floored at the prices. Glam Vice launched with four eyeshadow palettes, a glitter palette, and a highlighting palette; it has since expanded to include liquid eyeshadows (Liquid Metals), liquid highlighters (Glow Show), and lippies (Vivid Matte and Glazed Lips). Every product costs $25 or less and is available only on the brand’s website.
Glam Vice was formed to be the perfect brand for fearless makeup addicts who aren’t afraid to express their creativity. The brand encourages their customers to think outside the box when it comes to creating looks. One thing I love about this brand already is the fact that they cater to every skin tone and ensure that there is diversity among their products. Curious? Check Glam Vice out through their site.
There you have it. Make sure you take a closer look at each indie brand and let me know your thoughts. Be sure to subscribe to The Trendy Wallet for more indie brands and other makeup content like launches, reviews, etc. You can also follow me on social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest) for additional makeup that doesn’t make it here on The Trendy Wallet.
