I went on Instagram to see the presents everyone received during Christmas and how my friends and followers spent Christmas, eventually venturing back to makeup when I noticed a relatively new indie brand. Lurella Cosmetics launched in March 2018 and while its social media presence is small, I predict it will double or even triple in 2019.

Lurella Cosmetics offers very affordable makeup and tools. The current lineup of products includes eye shadows (liquid and pressed), eyelashes, liquid lipsticks, brushes, and mirrors. Most of the makeup costs under $20 and the accessories range from $7 to $100 (the LED mirrors are the most expensive).

 

I’ve made a list of products I’d like to try from the brand and, as an eye shadow fanatic, I really want to try the marble brush set ($13), 25-pan eyeshadow palette ($16), and a mini compact mirror ($7). You can find Lurella Cosmetics on Instagram and their website here.
