So this post is a couple days late, but it has been six months since The Trendy Wallet was created! I began writing and posting on May 23 and it has been so much fun and a lot of work, but the response from my readers is always encouraging.
I wanted to create a blog that specifically focused on indie and drugstore brands because I read other beauty blogs that talked more about “high-end” or luxury brands more often and to spice up their content, a post would be done for drugstore. The Trendy Wallet is changing this view and I hope that this blog has helped you discover new (and affordable) brands that save you some coins. There is a brand index included to guide you towards indie brands and it is constantly updated as I discover and try brands.
I’d love to hear from you, whether it’s constructive criticism, suggestions, etc. I have a few articles left for November before I rev things into high gear for December. Subscribe and share this blog with anyone who has an interest in makeup.
